There is no minimum order requirement other than that orders must be in multiples of the units of sale indicated in the Price List.
Prices
Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and to correct clerical omissions and errors on this web site.

VAT Relief Information
Approval for sale without VAT has been granted by HM Customs & Excise for items manufactured specially to suit a disabled person. The items must be purchased by a disabled person for his or her personal use, and the appropriate declaration form signed. The same exemption is extended to charities who purchase items to make available to disabled people. For your convenience we have included an On-Line Declaration Form on the VAT Relief page.
17.5% Vat is included on the delivery charges shown on the website.
Payment
Payment should be made with the order and goods will be delivered after your Cheque, Postal order or Credit card including Switch and Solo, has been cleared through our bank. The shopping cart assumes all customers are eligible for VAT Exemption on mobility products. If you cannot claim exemption we will have to recalculate the total to pay.
Delivery
UK. Mainland
Mainland UK delivery of equipment is individually charged depending on the item. The delivery cost of each piece of equipment is stated on the checkout sections of the website. (17.5% VAT is included on delivery charges shown on the website)
Please allow between 3 and 28 days for delivery. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill this promise we will contact you as soon as possible to give an estimated delivery date, at this point you are entitled to cancel your order, should wish to.
Damages in Transit
All products must be inspected for possible damage upon delivery. If damage has occured the carriers delivery note miust be signed "damaged". If you are unable to check the goods immediately the carriers delivery note must be signed "Unchecked". All damages must be notified within 2 hours of receipt of goods and the original packaging kept for inspection by the carriers and return of the damaged goods.
Suitability and Specification of Goods
Able to Enable Limited assumes that all goods ordered from them are suitable for the purpose for which they are required. Able to Enable Limited is not required to enquire further from the purchaser as to the use which the purchaser wishes to put the goods. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods will be used only in accordance with the specific instructions included with the packaging of the goods and Able to Enable Limited will not be liable for any fault or defect caused as a result of the purchaser not following the specific instructions. All specifications, pictures, figures, sizes and other descriptions of the goods are approximate, and should not be relied upon by the purchaser.
Cancellation of Order
Should you wish to cancel an order which was placed online or by telephone please contact us as soon as possible. You can either e-mail us at carnforth@ableto.co.uk or telephone our Customer Service Department. If you wait until the goods are despatched then you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. You may cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt of the product. A returned product should be in its original condition and where possible in their original packaging with your purchase receipt. The original cost of the goods will be refunded to you within 30 days of cancellation.
Please note we are unable to exchange certain items for hygiene reasons. We are also unable to exchange custom made equipment.

Guarantee
We guarantee that the goods will be free from any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service and will credit such products provided the goods complained of are returned, together with full particulars of the alleged defect.
We guarantee that the goods are fit for their intended use, as set out on this web site and you are required to check the precise purpose of each product before application. Therefore we do not accept responsibility if you or the consumer puts the goods to a use which is not intended.
